added DNS names

Now, all the servers have their own unique DNS names.
For those who do not understand what it means - adress instead of IP.

Here they are:

CS:S (92.49.14.13:27016) - css.tcross.lv:27016
L4D (92.49.14.13:27015) - l4d.tcross.lv:27015
CoD4 (92.49.14.13:28960) - cod4.tcross.lv (since we have only 1 cod4 server, port is not necessary)

This will make connecting and remembering the server adresses easier, and will give the servers unique identity, also, making them copyrighted and completely disabling the chance, that someone would want to copy the servers name or adress.
