well, 3 reasons for that - ur punkbuster client is outdated and it messes things up. 2nd - u might have cheated 3rd - someone got ur CD key banned (happens way too often with generated keys)
Solution - update your punkbuster and change ur CD key in Options->multiplayer->CD key
If what you keep holds truth inside, stand up defend or lay down and die...
